We have three great dance nights in the community hall over the weekend. Tickets for Mike Denver (Friday), Gerry Guthrie (Saturday) and Effie Neill and Jack Keogh (Sunday) will be available at the door on the night.

COMMUNITY FUN & STREET ENTERTAINMENT
SATURDAY 31st May
Join Ann Buckley at 12pm midday as she leads a fun and friendly Line Dancing Workshop in the community hall, covering all the basic steps it’s perfect for beginners and dancers of all levels.
The workshop is followed by live music with Alistair Fingleton between 1pm and 3pm where ye’ll be able to show off all your new moves! This is a free, age friendly, afternoon so come on down, bring the kids, bring your friends, just don’t miss it, we can guarantee you’ll have a great time!
SUNDAY 1st June
Judging for best the dressed Cowboy, Cowgirl and Kids Western Outfit takes place on Sunday at 1:30pm in the Community Hall, followed at 2pm by the Local Cowboys and Country All Stars Parade in Main Street. The famous Wild Atlantic Wedding takes place at 2:30pm outside the Bank House and there will be street music in Main Street from 3pm to 5pm with Ger Healy (The Singing Jarvey) topping off a fine afternoon of fun.
MONDAY 2nd June
The Schools Art Competition prize-giving takes place in Rosie’s Bar on Monday at 3pm. The artwork will remain on display in the Aisling Gallery so do drop in and enjoy.
THE BAR TRAIL
Entrance to all Bar Trail gigs is free.
Shaun Loughrey, Shane Moore, Sabrina Fallon, Alistair Fingleton, Chrissy Mac, Eddie Carey, Ger Healy (The Singing Jarvey) and the Finbarr Dennehy family band will be featuring in the Bar Trail providing some great free entertainment in venues around the village.
